In addition to cleansing, I’ve found that diet has a huge effect on my skin. Some foods seem to just set off a wave of acne. Identifying and avoiding foods that cause acne has helped me almost completely eliminate the problem.

how much are companies paying you for this? This is outrageous! All of these products dry out the face to make your oil multiply to work up to your skins natural oil tone. Each and everyone of the products you say to use kill the skin! If you want to get rid of Acne, you have to clean yourself from the inside out. NOT the outside in. The problem lies within.
